read range may vary by environment. We reserve the right to modify

specifications without notice. All prices are in INR, exclusive of GST unless

stated.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only

after you receive a confirmation email with an order number. We reserve the

right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected

fraud, with full refund.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in INR, GST applicable as per Indian regulations. We accept UPI, cards,

net banking and EMI via Razorpay. Bulk pricing available via the Bulk Enquiry

page.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including logos, images, text and code is the property of Identix

Ventures or our suppliers. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Identix Ventures shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our

total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
