RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return: return request raised within 7 days of delivery;

product is unused, undamaged and in original packaging; original invoice

available; all accessories, manuals, and labels included.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been used, programmed or encoded; custom-printed or

custom-encoded RFID/NFC products; software licenses and downloadable

products; products damaged due to misuse.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email info@identixventures.com with subject "Return Request—Order #[your

order number]". Include your reason and photos if defective. Our team responds

within 24–48 hours. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within

5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-

REPLACEMENT
